It’s my 100th day into my marathon training and it’s almost time to start tapering. After my legs feeling tired the last couple days, I was anxious to see how things went today for a longer run. 5-7 miles was on tap. I hit the pavement around 5:45am and headed towards crabtree creek trail. I was sure to take along my headlamp and reflecting light since it’s been a lot darker longer in the mornings. The trail was dark and my headlamp wasn’t helping since it wouldn’t stay up, it kept folding down. Dark and all, finished with 6.38 miles and pace 9’38”
