Marathon Training Day 103

It’s flex Friday! Started my morning off with a 9 mile progression run, if you aren’t familiar with the term, it means each mile should be faster than the previous one. Me and my headlamp headed out to crabtree creek trail at 530am. Nervous about the run but it went well, even saw a group of guys that look like they were training CrossFit. Brought it all home with a final mile at pace of 7’37”. Happy Friday
