Marathon Training Day 54

Back to the track today for some tempo work. Arriving at 6:30am message for less people on track. I started with 4x 150m strides, then straight into a3 mile run at tempo pace. My tempo should be between 8’05″and 8’10”. I knew this would be a challenge because I absolutely hate running longer distances on a track… It’s so boring. I finished my 3 miles with a avg pace of 8’11”. The workout finished with another 4x 150m strides. #training #running
