Marathon Training Day 52

I had to take a few days off but I had a very good reason….I got married and we honeymoon in punta Cana. U couldn’t go completely cold turkey so I did manage to run a couple days while away. On Sunday the 24th I ran 6.5 miles on the dreadmill and 3.5 miles on the bike. On the 25th I did a quick 3 miles. I’m finally back home and this morning I got up the track. The wifey went along and walked as u did my thang. My workout consisted of 4x 200m, 400m, (4x) 200m, 400m, (4x) 200m, 400m, (4x) 100m Turnarounds.
