My bed felt good this morning so I stayed in as long as I could. It was short lived because my BQ qualifying friend requested to run with me this morning. So much for an easy paced run. I arrived at the meeting spot and she was the only car in the parking lot, I guess a lot of people were feeling lazy because it is very seldom empty. Just like previous time, we decided on 2 laps around the lake. By the time we finished the first lap, the parking lot had about 10 additional cars. We finished up our 4 miles at a pace of 9’02”
