Marathon Training Day 39

Either today was a very good morning or my body is becoming accustomed to this high humidity. I again tried to run without constantly checking my watch, I only checked at the end of each mile. Once my first mile registered 9’13”, I knew my body was feeling good. I ran through some nearby neighborhoods, and discovered that some new streets I was trying out, connected to some older routes I typically run. So found myself some new routes. At the end of the run, I had done 3.50 miles @ 9’10” pace
