Marathon Training Day 37

Woke up to cloudy skies and humidity at 92%. I would have liked the humidity to be down more, but I’ll take it considering there wasn’t any sun breaking down on you. I strapped on my hydration Pak and headed out. I decided I wouldn’t look at my Garmin the whole run. I wanted to see what pace my body would settle into naturally without any pushing. Throughout the run I could almost sense the pace I was moving. At the end of the run I had completed 7.0 1 miles at a pace of 9’40”. Not bad at all, and I wasn’t really tired.
