Guess what day it is….??? It’s Hump Day and also Track Day. It wasn’t very sunny this morning but it was still very humid, due to the rain yesterday. Today’s workout was challenging but it hurt so good.

My avg pace was 6’35” and I was pretty sweaty afterwards. It is all worth it to get better. Met a running coach that was at the track doing some workouts with a few people from his team. Look like they were doing mile repeats.
