Marathon Training Day 19

Good morning. Today’s workout required another trip to the track. I took a different route this morning and it seems to be a little faster. The weather was a little cooler this morning(68 degrees) but the humidity was still at a high of 90%. I started off with some 100m strides, followed by a 3.5 mile run at tempo pace, before finishing with more 100m strides. The 3.5 was tough with the humidity, but I managed to keep my pace in line. Workout as follows:

(8x) 100m Strides

3.5 miles@Tempo (7’49”)

(8x) 100m Strides

Total of 4.5 miles
