Another humid morning, but at least it wasn’t quite as hot as previous morning. For today’s 30 minute run, I took it back to lake Lynn. I always enjoy the scenery at the lake, and even ran across I few walkers this morning. 30 minute run- 3.3 miles/ 9’02″pace.
